High resolution two-dimensional electrophoresis of native proteins

A/Prof Peter Hoffman

A/Prof Peter Hoffman

Summary: The developed method enables separation of proteins in their native state, which yields information about their interactions with other proteins and constituents of complex molecular machines. The increased resolution enables quantification of changes in protein-protein interactions and protein complexes in response to different physiological states of the cell.
